Terms of Service

The Service is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. Users under 18 are not permitted to use the Service. By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Use of the Service by anyone under 18 years of age
• Commercial use of search results from the Service
• Any act that infringes copyright, portrait rights, or other intellectual property rights of content provided through DMM's API
• Placing an excessive load on the Service's systems
• Unauthorized access or reverse engineering
• Any other activity deemed inappropriate by the Operator

• 10 premium search credits are granted per purchase.
• Credits are valid for [1 year] from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire after the validity period.
• Credits cannot be transferred to other users or exchanged for cash.
• Credits can only be used for the premium search feature within the Service.

As the Service provides digital content, the provision of the service is deemed to have commenced upon the granting of credits. Therefore, refunds after payment is completed are not accepted in principle.

Exceptions may be made in the following cases:

• When purchased credits cannot be used at all due to a technical failure of the Service
• When a double charge has occurred

If you wish to request a refund, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of the payment date.

• The AI search results of the Service do not guarantee accuracy. The Operator is not responsible for the accuracy of search results.
• The Operator is not liable if the Service becomes unavailable due to suspension or specification changes of DMM's API service.
• Users are solely responsible for any copyright, portrait rights, or other rights related to images uploaded by users.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

The Operator may change these Terms without notice to users when deemed necessary. Changes to these Terms shall take effect upon their posting on the Site.
